What is Valhalla Labs 3D?
Valhalla Labs 3D is an online store focused on 3D printed products, hobby items, miniatures, filament, accessories, storage solutions, and creative designs.
Do you make every product yourself?
Some products may be printed, stocked, or fulfilled directly by Valhalla Labs 3D, while other products may come from trusted vendor partners. This allows us to offer a wider selection of items while we continue growing our own product lineup.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary depending on the product, vendor, and destination. Some items may ship faster than others. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes, it is possible. If your order includes items from different vendors or fulfillment locations, your items may arrive in separate packages.
Do you offer custom 3D prints?
Yes. We can review custom 3D print requests for signs, logos, small parts, organizers, display pieces, hobby items, and other printable designs. Not every request can be made, but we are happy to review your idea.
Can you create a 3D model for me?
In some cases, yes. Simple designs may be possible. More complex designs may require additional design time or may not be available depending on the project.
Are 3D printed items perfect?
3D printed products may have small layer lines, slight surface variations, or minor cosmetic differences. These are normal with 3D printing and make each item unique.
Can colors look different in person?
Yes. Product colors may look slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, filament type, material, and supplier.
Do you accept returns?
Return eligibility may depend on the item. Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders may be difficult to cancel once they have started processing or have been sent to a vendor for fulfillment. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Do you sell digital STL files?
At this time, Valhalla Labs 3D mainly focuses on physical products unless a product listing specifically says it is a digital file.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, depending on the item and quantity. Contact us with what you need, how many pieces you want, and when you need them.
